Erik Melanson and Lynn Teger of Teger Commercial, L.L.C., along with Seth Mushkin of The Garth Company, located in New York City, co-brokered the sale of Patriot Square Shopping Center located in Stony Point, New York.

 

        Patriot Square Shopping Center was sold by FB Stony Point to Puccio Enterprises and closed on September 25, 2006.  Patriot Square Shopping Center is located on Route 9W in Stony Point.  This modern 41,854+/- square foot shopping center is occupied by tenants such as CVS and the Bank of New York.  Puccio Enterprises plans to improve and upgrade the shopping center.

 

       Patriot Square was sold for $8.850 Million.
