Broker/Owner Lynn Teger has about 15 years of commercial real estate experience focused solely in the County of Rockland. Lynn recently served on the board of the North Rockland Business Alliance, a newly formed Chamber of Commerce serving the North Rockland area. Lynn was chosen by the Rockland Journal News as one of the "Top Five to Watch" for 2006 and served as the President of the Greater Haverstraw Chamber of Commerce 2004-2005, Vice-President of the Rockland Business Women's Network from 2002-2007 and is a 2005 graduate of, and serves on the Alumni Board of Leadership Rockland. Lynn is also a published writer, with articles published regularly in the Hudson Valley Business Journal and the New York Real Estate Journal. Lynn's real estate transactions have been featured in local and trade papers over the course of her career.

Lynn has been responsible for multi-million dollar transactions that have been reported in publications such as GlobeSt.com, The New York Real Estate Journal, The Hudson Valley Business Journal and the Rockland Journal News. Some of her transactions include the sale of a 55,000+/- square foot industrial facility purchased by Piccinni Industries, located at 37 Ramland Avenue, Orangeburg, New York; a 15,600 square foot industrial facility at Spook Rock Industrial Park purchased by Toywiz.com and an 11,300 square foot retail building located at 136 First Street, Nanuet, New York, purchased by Portables Unlimited.
